About the registry
Skolkoll maintains a public corrections registry as part of our transparency work. Each correction is documented with the date, category, severity, affected scope, and how the issue was resolved.
In addition to manually documented corrections, all data changes are logged automatically in the machine-readable changelog.json. Read more about how corrections are handled in the corrections policy.
Pupil counts for 12 schools in Vastra Gotaland County
- Description
- The Swedish National Agency for Education API temporarily reported zero pupils for 12 school units in Vastra Gotaland County during one data publication. Sync guards automatically blocked publication, but two schools with fewer than 15 pupils passed the threshold.
- Resolution
- The data was corrected automatically in the next sync cycle within 24 hours. The sync guard threshold for small schools was adjusted from a 20% to a 15% relative decrease.

SALSA residuals for 34 schools in Stockholm County
- Description
- An update to Statistics Sweden DeSO data shifted the background variables in the SALSA model for 34 schools in Stockholm County. The residuals showed overly high positive deviations.
- Resolution
- The SALSA calculation was rerun with corrected DeSO data. Affected school pages were updated. The average deviation was 2.3 merit points.

Teacher certification rate for all compulsory schools
- Description
- The definition of 'certified teacher' was updated to follow the Swedish National Agency for Education's revised definition, which includes teachers with validated foreign degrees.
- Resolution
- The calculation logic in the sync pipeline was updated. All teacher certification rates were recalculated. The change was documented on the methodology page. Average increase: 0.8 percentage points.

Automatic changelog
In addition to this manual registry, Skolkoll automatically generates a machine-readable changelog at every data sync. This logs all changes — added, removed, and modified records — with timestamps and significance assessment.
