Municipality License — lightweight publishing package for your municipality website

Municipality License is the simpler publishing track: beta-labelled quarterly PDF, embeddable key-metric widgets and a white-label profile. For active governance, signals, data import, board report drafts and principal dialogue, see Municipality Standard.

How does it work?

  1. Request a pilot or quote. Email redaktion@skolkoll.se or use the contact button above. We will get back to you within 2 business days.
  2. We deliver the first report manually. You receive a beta-labelled PDF within 1 week — you can share it with the committee, press and residents after your own review. No account setup required.
  3. Standard and Premium tiers activate widgets and white-label profile. We set up a configured embed snippet that your municipality’s web team pastes into the CMS — typically 30 minutes.
  4. Data syncs daily from Skolverket, SCB and Kolada. The embedded view updates automatically — no work required on your end.

Frequently asked questions

How does the Municipality License differ from the Pro subscription?

Pro is for individual users (school leaders, journalists, teachers). The Municipality License is a B2B agreement with the municipality as the legal party — it grants the right to publish Skolkoll’s key metrics on the municipality’s own channels with clear attribution.

Is Skolkoll’s data independent?

Yes. Skolkoll is editorially independent and does not charge for data quality or ranking influence. The Municipality License gives publishing rights and support — not editorial influence.

Can we cancel the agreement?

Yes. The agreement runs on a calendar-year basis and can be terminated at the turn of the year. No lock-in periods.

Does the Municipality License support SSO via SAML or OIDC?

Standard onboarding uses Firebase Auth and organisation invitations. For municipalities that require centralised identity management, SAML 2.0 or OIDC can be agreed as an Enterprise SSO add-on at the Premium tier. See SSO status in the procurement package.

What is not included?

We do not produce editorial rankings, lobby activity, or tailored comparisons with specific other municipalities. The data is public and independent.

Agreements & data protection

Skolkoll acts as data processor when the municipality is the data controller. All material below is public and can be shared directly with procurement officers, data protection officers and committees — no account setup required.

Procurement information

Does your finance department need to register Agilenge AB (org. no. 559220-2088) as a supplier or send a Peppol invoice? We collect org. number, GLN, bank transfer details and other information on one page.
