API access is included under an agreement in Municipal Licence Premium, Data and Koncern Enterprise. Organisation administrators manage keys and permissions. This is not a standalone public self-service subscription.
Municipal Licence Premium includes an API with your own organisation key, capped at 100 calls a minute per key and 50,000 calls a month per organisation unless the agreement sets another monthly ceiling, with administrators normally emailed at 80%. The SLA promises no response times for API calls. A data processing agreement (DPA) can be signed for every Municipal Licence tier; SSO is not part of any tier and can be agreed separately. Imports are offered only once the agreed delivery is verified.
