Föreningen har till ändamål att främja medlemmarnas ekonomiska intressen och behov av barnomsorg genom att föreningen till så låg kostnad som möjligt driver en föräldrakooperativ förskola för barn i förskoleålder vars vårdnadshavare är medlemmar i föreningen. Föreningen skall verka för en kvalitativ och stimulerande barngruppsverksamhet och förskolemiljö som ett komplement till barnens hemmiljö och för att tillgodose barnens behov av trygghet och varaktiga relationer.
