That marker is applied editorially after we confirm your role with theeditorial team — it cannot be chosen here, and it never affects grades or ranking. The image is reviewed and stylised the same way regardless.

You must be able to grant Skolkoll real usage rights. If someone else took the photo, you need permission from the rights holder before uploading it.

Personal data at collection: Skolspegeln AB, company reg. no. 559359-7288, is the controller. We process your contact and rights details to receive, review and verify the rights to the contribution with consent under Article 6(1)(a). For CC BY 4.0 or CC BY-SA 4.0, we collect and publish the photographer's name because the licence requires attribution; an optional HTTPS source link is published only after the reviewer has seen it and the current image-hash/licence/URL-bound review has passed. That processing relies on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) and the applicable Article 14 route. If you are the photographer, you receive the information directly through this version-bound collection notice. If another photographer is named, BY/BY-SA attribution is currently published only after documented direct notice to the photographer. The Article 14(5)(b) exception is not active; future activation requires a dated, signed legal assessment explicitly registered in the server-controlled signed-evidence registry. An identifier or free-text reference is not sufficient. Legacy v2 review evidence publishes no name or link. For CC0, the form collects and publishes no photographer or rights-holder name and no such link. A photo date is used for review only and is not published. AI styling uses your explicit consent, while use and publication of the image follow the selected licence. Undecided submissions become due for deletion 180 days after upload and rejected submissions 90 days after the decision. Minimum information about approved images is retained while the image is used or rights claims may reasonably need to be handled; contact details, photo date and other review free text become due for minimisation 180 days after approval. The daily cleanup job performs due deletion or minimisation in the next successful run that reaches the record; queueing or operational failures can delay execution. The image is a clear facade photo of the school. I took the photo myself. I own the rights or have the rights holder's permission to license the image. I license the image under the selected license and allow Skolkoll to use, process, modify, publish and store it with the attribution the licence requires; CC0 causes no public third-person attribution. I allow the image to be used as source material for AI-based chalkboard styling and editorial image processing.
