TALIS (Teaching and Learning International Survey) is the OECD's international survey of teachers' and principals' working conditions. The study is conducted every five years and covers teachers in lower secondary education.

What does TALIS measure?

TALIS maps teachers' educational background, professional development, teaching methods, job satisfaction, and school climate. The results provide an international comparison of the teaching profession's conditions and status.
