Sambedömning (collaborative assessment) means that multiple teachers assess the same student work or test in order to calibrate their judgement and increase assessment equity.

Collaborative assessment can take place within a school (subject teams assess together), between schools in a municipality, or nationally (central marking of national tests). Research shows that collaborative assessment reduces variation in grading and strengthens teachers' assessment competence.
