Beprövad erfarenhet (evidence-based practice) is a concept in the Swedish Education Act which states that education must rest on scientific evidence and proven experience. Proven experience is not the same as an individual teacher's personal experience.
Criteria
For experience to qualify as "proven" (beprövad), it must be systematically tested, documented, and generated over an extended period by multiple practitioners. It must have been shared with and reviewed by colleagues, and be communicable to others.
